A Dallas native, Justin Utay serves as an Executive Vice President for NAI Robert Lynn. In this role, he specializes in tenant representation, serving numerous local, national, and international companies. Justin has negotiated over 750,000 square feet of transactions and is a DFW leader in deals closed along the N. Central Expressway corridor since 2013.

Justins in-depth knowledge of the local and national real estate market consistently helps him achieve below market rental rates and above market incentive packages for his clients. Born and raised in Dallas, Justin attended St. Marks School of Texas for 12 years. He later moved to Austin to study at the University of Texas, where he was a member of the Texas Cowboys and the Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity.

An impactful internship for Cushman & Wakefields office division during his college years piqued Justins interest in the complexities of the real estate office market, and launched his career in the industry.
