During his two years with N.P.C., Wes received numerous awards including Top 10 with the company, Circle of Excellence and Salesman of the month. In 1986, Doyle Wilson hired Wes to set up their sales and marketing department in Brushy Creek. Six months later, Wes was hired by Dean Schmidt Homes to market and sell REO properties. Then in April 1987, Wes started Wes Walters Realty, Inc. which now has six brokers and salespersons, over thirty listings and one million in sales per month. In 1989, Wes Walters and James Cadden started a commercial investment division of WWR, Inc. Since that time, they have brokered over four hundred million dollars of commercial properties.
