Ms. Litell also works with office, medical properties and land acquisitions. She has represented over 5 million square feet in the State of Indiana. Her background and insight gives her first-hand knowledge of the newest opportunities and changes in commercial real estate. Her most recent affiliation is in the rapidly growing medical field with the development of Medical Asset groups throughout the Commercial Real Estate community.
