Sarah pairs her love of San Francisco with that of retail trends, blogs and international travel in retail commercial leasing. She loves deal making, having successfully worked on 30 plus deals last year with Pamela. She loves working with both Landlord and Tenants, in making San Francisco a first class city, to live and to visit.
Formerly at Colliers International and Cushman Wakefield, she has worked with Pamela Mendelsohn for the past 12 years in Pacific Heights, Union square, and downtown, in both marketing over hundreds of properties and finding locations for national tenants, one offs and first stores for unique brands. Her specialty is the neighborhoods of San Francisco, merchandising streets, making them great, one block at a time. Past tenants include, Fellow Barber, Supreme, St Frank, Credo, Mamuhuhu and Verve coffee. She has represented landlords such as with Tishman Speyer, Prado Group, Mosser, Grosvenor Americas, Inc. and Kyo Ya Management.
Prior to her entry into real estate, she lived abroad in London, after a Master's degree in International Politics, spent time in Haiti in the Peace Corps and worked at Gensler architecture firm. She lives with her husband and two little girls in San Francisco, that keep her very busy outside of the office.
