Rosendo Caveiro joined Avison Young as a Senior Vice President in January 2018. Leading or being directly involved in the sale of over 85 apartment communities and 35 multifamilymixed-use development sites throughout Florida with a market value of over $2 billion, Rosendo is regarded as one of the top apartment advisors in South Florida. He has represented institutional owners, private investors, and developers in the acquisition and disposition of apartment communities and vacant land throughout the region.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Rosendo was a Senior Director of the Multifamily Advisory Group of Cushman & Wakefield for over 13 years. His prior positions also included Senior Vice President of the Multi Housing Investment Group at Grubb & Ellis, and consistent Top 5 producer during his 11-year tenure with CBRE. Rosendo is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and acquired strong management consulting and financial accounting experience during his tenure with KPMG Peat Marwick and PriceWaterhouse Coopers.

Rosendo Caveiro has been on the Board of Directors of Terrabank, N.A. for over 11 years, and is Chairman of the Audit Committee. He also serves on various Board Committees. Rosendo has been quoted and recognized by the press and the industry, and named several times as a Top Dealmaker by the Daily Business Review. Rosendo was also a Top Five Producer in South Florida at Cushman Wakefield and CBRE.

Rosendo Caveiro earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from Houston Baptist University (Houston, TX) and a Bachelor of Science, AccountingBusiness Administration degree from the University of Florida (Gainesville, FL).

Rosendo is a Certified Public Accountant and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State Florida, and member of the National Multi Housing Council. Aside from professional designations, Rosendo is passionate about soccer and during eight years coaching travel teams attained three National coaching licenses in soccer.
