ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Mike Kronzer

Born and raised in Silicon Valley, Mike has been a real estate broker and commercial property manager since 1992. In his role as property manager, Mike is responsible for all facets of property management including budgeting, leasing, tenant improvements, vendor management, and property rehabilitation.

Prior to joining Borelli Investment Company, Mike managed 300,000 square feet of diversified office, industrial, and R&D space in the Los Gatos and Campbell areas for Dell Enterprises. Mike handled all broker functions, client reporting, and management of daily operations, including AP AR, bookkeeping, tax processing, and cash flow projections. In addition, Mike provided due diligence for proposed mergers and acquisitions and was involved in all lease negotiations with tenants. Before Dell Enterprises, Mike was an agent and escrow manager with Village Square Realty in Los Gatos. He also spent six years as sales manager for a company that handles tenant improvements, maintenance, and janitorial services for commercial properties in Silicon Valley.

Mike received his degree in business administration and marketing from San Jose State University. He obtained his California Real Estate License in 1989 and his California Real Estate Broker's License in 1992. He is a long-time member of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers.
