Maschera is an active member of CREW Commercial Real Estate Women where she has served in numerous capacities including 2017 Chair of the CREW Dallas Golf Classic LPGA Pro-Am, an annual charity tournament that benefits women and children's causes. Maschera has also served with NTCAR and TREC. In her community, she is an enthusiastic volunteer with her church, Preston Trail, a member of her HOA board, and enjoys working on community activities that benefit Frisco Family Services and The Frisco Housing Authority. Before moving to Frisco, she served as board member and volunteer with Family Outreach of Irving for 20 years for the prevention of child abuse and neglect.
