Prior to co-founding Asterra Properties, Lucian was a professional broker with Aspen Properties, Lucian Morehead & Partners, Development 2000, and Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBRE).

Lucian has worked with numerous institutional owners and corporate users, and in the process has represented some of Austin's premier properties. Throughout his career, Lucian has been involved with the representation of prominent local and national tenants.
