Kyle is a Partner at NAI Puget Sound Properties' Bellevue office. He specializes in the sale of multi-tenant and single-tenant retail, office, and industrial properties in South King County. Prior to joining NAI Puget Sound Properties, Kyle was a member of the top retail sales team in Los Angeles with Marcus and Millichap. Kyle has handled the sale of over 100 properties totaling in excess of $170,000,000 in sales volume. In 2015, Kyle was named "Broker of the Year" by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal for a record land sale. His average of successful closings is within 95 of the original list price.

Kyle's industry knowledge and aggressive marketing platform have yielded market leading sales results for his clients.
Prior to real estate brokerage, Kyle attended the University of Southern California on a water polo scholarship. At USC, Kyle was a member of two NCAA National Championship teams and earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from the Marshall School of Business.
