ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Josh Mann

Josh Mann is a Partner in the NAI Robert Lynn Retail Division. In this leadership position, Josh utilizes his vast experience, market knowledge, negotiating expertise and invaluable relationships to offer his clients the highest level of service. Over the last 13 years, he has established long-standing relationships within the Dallas retail and real estate community. Joshs reputation, experience and ongoing work with both local and national retailers is widely recognized. With his drive for success, he makes it his personal goal to not just meet his clients needs, but to always exceed them.

Joshs roots are deeply entrenched in the retail leasing industry, since he began his career while living in New York City, immediately after graduating from college. In 2000, his first position was with Norman Bobrow & Company, one of New Yorks premier and independently owned tenant-representation firms. Josh quickly became one of the firms top producing brokers and received the prestigious Broker of the Year award for the most retail transactions completed in 2005 and 2006.

Josh's leadership and professionalism became nationally recognized and he was recruited to move to Dallas in 2007 to serve as the Director of Leasing for Greenstreet Properties, a commercial retail real estate development company with offices in Texas, Arizona and Nevada. Josh was tasked with pre-leasing eight development sites in DFW within Greenstreet Properties portfolio. He established a proven track record and successfully pre-leased over 250,000 square feet, and all of them at top-market rental rates.

Prior to joining NAI Robert Lynn, Josh co-founded Street Commercial LLC, a boutique Commercial Real Estate firm that specialized in landlord and tenant representation. Joshs vast experience in every aspect of the industry enabled him to serve as a trusted resource to all of his clients.

Josh takes an active leadership role in his community and his personal life, as well. He volunteers his time with Chabad of Dallas, Akiba Academy, the Jewish Community Center and the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas, where he was selected to participate in their Professional Leadership Development program. When he is not spending his free time with his wife, Danielle, and their 4 kids, he enjoys playing golf, playing poker and coaching his kids in basketball and soccer.
