ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Jonathan Harper

Jonathan began his professional career in communications after graduating from Olympic College in 2000. He changed careers in 2006 when he became involved in the real estate industry. With over 2,000 real estate transactions completed to date, he has gained valuable experience in confidently guiding his clients throughout the entire real estate process.

He has worked for local and national clients such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America, among many others. His commitment to procuring clients, locating properties to buy or sell, closing transactions, and investing, make him a valuable asset to anyone wishing to buy, sell, invest or learn about real estate. He enjoys flipping houses, investing in single family rental homes, and apartment complexes.

Jonathan became a KW owner in 2009 and has his own team of brokers and assistants. He regularly mentors new brokers, and teaches large groups about leadership skills, investing strategies, and business management.

As the current Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing at Keller Williams Commercial Offenbecher, Jonathan uses his leadership and teaching skills to lead the commercial team in ongoing success and future growth.

Jonathan is married with four children and is an active member in his church and the church youth group. In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys distance running and competitions such as Spartan Race and Tough Mudder.
