ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Evan Albert

Evan joined MFI in 2015, specializing in tenant and landlord representation throughout the Maryland, Washington D.C. and Virginia markets. In 2019, Mr. Albert led the opening of MFI's Washington DC office where he further expanded the firm's reach into the DC region allowing MFI to better serve its clients in the market. He has overseen the expansion of local, regional and national tenants, assisting them in site selection, analytics and deal negotiation. Evan's expertise includes the leasing of ground up shopping centers, anchor leasing, in line retail, urban high streets and pad site development.
