Chad has expertise in Sales, investments, multifamily, leasing, tenant representation, landlord representation, business brokerage, and 1031 exchanges. Chad takes pride in working successfully with clients over many years and becoming their trusted commercial & investment real estate advisor.th Dakota and Iowa, before moving to the Twin Cities to begin school at the University of Saint Thomas. Chad joined Keller Williams Realty in 2014 to open a new SW Metro Market Center, which is now profitable and approaching 90 agents. He became Managing Director of KW Commercial in 2015 and is responsible for growing Market Centers in both production and growth. He works closely with our Market Center leads, and is active in day-to-day commercial & investment real estate transactions with The Summit Group.
