As Senior Vice President and Land Specialist at Caton Commercial Real Estate Group he has achieved the rank of top producing broker for three consecutive years.

Brian brings experience in all aspects of a real estate development; from due diligence to engineering, through construction and punch out. Being a skillful relationship manager in all facets of the business is what makes Brian stand out in the industry. He is a successful negotiator and creative problem solver; with a strong sense of industry trends, legal ramifications, and business impacts. Brian, along with his partner, Sandy True, comprise The Blackmore Group of Caton Commercial Real Estate Group; and through strategic cooperative brokerage partnerships, have a national reach, serving clients in multiple states across the US.

Brian also serves as Senior Vice President of Land Services at NewPath Construction where he brings experience in general contractor services, access to financial solutions for buyers, and budgeting services.
