Beth Sargent has over 13 years of retail leasing experience and has been a successful and well-respected broker in both the Houston and San Diego markets at Page Partners and Flocke and Avoyer respectively. While in Houston, Beth specialized on the leasing of several major mixed-use projects from their inception through maintenance leasing and has a comprehensive knowledge of the intricacies of mixed-use development. She is passionate about creating unique shopping destinations, balancing tenant mix and fostering symbiotic co-tenancy. Beth will be joining KLNBs new Tysons office as a Retail Specialist primarily under the tutelage of Jake Levin and Dimitri Georgelakos.
