ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Angelica Beltran

Angelica joined WHLR in 2001 and currently serves as Corporate Secretary and Vice President of Project Management for Wheeler Real Estate investment Trust and Principal Broker for Wheeler Real Estate Company. She has over 19 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing and management, landlord and tenant representation, management of the organizations leasing department, oversight of the Companys real estate licenses, shopping center development, and corporate secretary functions.

Angelica is a licensed real estate broker in Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and formerly served on ICSCs Next Generation Planning Committee. She is a Cum Laude graduate of Old Dominion University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry coupled with a minor in Business Administration.
