Andrew is Owner and CEO of the Monaghan Group. Andrew is a graduate of the Galway Regional Technical College where he received his degree in Hotel and Catering Management.

After graduating, Andrew spent years working in the International Hospitality Industry. In 2001, Andrew turned his passion for providing award winning service into an immensely successful career in Real Estate. Now offering more than 21 years of highly personalized service to experienced investors.

As a top performer in the business, Andrew has continuously been named in The Wall-Street Journal's Top Real Estate Professionals and he carries a Certified Negotiations Expert Designation. His experience, working with thousands of people in Phoenix, enables him to provide every client with the resources needed to get the best value.

Andrew also generously spends time outside of the office teaching classes on financial management and independence. He has two amazing kids, Emily and Joe, who are now young adults.
