ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Alan Shaw

As Senior Vice President and Senior Landlord Advisor, Alan is responsible for leading and managing all leasing, administrative, research, and GIS resources assigned to each leasing engagement under his direction. Alan and his team work together to create each projects vision, customizing each leasing strategy and executing each game plan with efficiency and effectiveness. Alan successfully represents institutional and private owners and developers across an assortment of retail properties including single-tenant buildings, unanchored strip centers, power centers, mixed-use projects, and land dispositions. Alans depth of experience includes long-standing industry relationships and deal-making experience working with national, regional, and local retailers and restaurateurs along with alternative uses such as service and medical. Alan was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and joined TSCG in 2003. A graduate of The University of South Florida, Alan served as co-chairman on the Chainlinks Landlord Council for 3 years and has served for a number of years as a committee member on ICSCs Southeast Convention. Alan is married and has 2 children.

Alan is married with two daughters and is an avid golfer.
