±10 Acres raw vacant land that lies within the North Apple Valley Industrial Specific Plan, an area where many large land investors have acquired hundreds of acres in anticipation of future growth. Existing development includes Walmart’s 1 Million square foot Distribution Center, Big Lots’ 1.4 Million square foot Distribution Facility, the Regional Public Safety Training Center, Fresenius Medical Care Distribution Facility, and Atlas Van Lines. Ameritex Manufacturing Plant is in construction with an estimated 150 new jobs. The new developments will include extensive infrastructure improvements for the area. In addition to Ameritrex, Virgin Trains USA will be starting construction on their high speed train to Las Vegas in 2020s third quarter with an estimated 13 thousand jobs being created during construction.
