ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Will Majors

Will Majors is managing principal for the Austin and San Antonio offices. He focuses on tenant, landlord representation, and land sales in Central Texas and is responsible for growing his markets client base and recruiting qualified brokers who desire to become part of SRS global retail real estate platform.

Will has more than 17 years of experience in the retail real estate industry and has been involved in many notable projects in the Austin market. Previously, he worked at Endeavor Real Estate Group where he was responsible for more than two million square feet of transactions. Most recently, Will focused on the leasing of first generation anchor projects such as 1890 Ranch in Cedar Park, Sunset Valley Homestead and Southpark Meadows Shopping Center in Austin. Will is also currently providing tenant representation services for Lowes, Main Event, Berkshire Hathaway, Havertys Furniture, and Pet Supplies Plus, among others. He has been recognized as a Heavy Hitter by the Austin Business Journal for the last ten years.

Will attended the University of Texas and has a passion for giving back to the community. He is a member of the Dell Childrens Council and a founding member of Young Texans Against Cancer.
