ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Wes Babb

Wes Babb joined SRS in 2020 as senior vice president in the Austin office. He specializes in the acquisition and development of land for retail projects or those with a retail component. He also focuses on retail investment brokerage and tenant and landlord representation.

He has 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has also directed the acquisition of approximately 50 pad sites for ground-up development in the Austin and San Antonio markets for clients including banks and fast casual restaurants. Wes has been a key part of the development of more than 1.3 million square feet of retail property in Central Texas including Shops at the Galleria, Frontier Crossing, Red Oak Village, and Northcross Mall. Prior to joining SRS, Wes was with Weitzman and Lincoln Property Company where he managed the retail division in Austin and San Antonio.
