Mr. Blazy is a Senior Vice President for Jones Lang LaSalle Great Lakes Region Corporate Services Division. Mr. Blazy is primarily responsible for providing real estate transaction representation and consulting services to tenants within Northeast Ohio. Mr. Blazy works with his clients in understanding their needs and identifying key strategic alternatives with in the market to leverage and maximize savings to achieve his clients goals. His key focuses are on strategic planning, project consultation, financial modeling and execution of acquisitions and dispositions for office and industrial users of real estate.

Mr. Blazys extensive experience in the market and his sole focus on representing users provides great in-depth knowledge for his clients.

Mr. Blazy has vast experience in designing and implementing strategies for corporate real estate users primarily located within the Greater Cleveland area. Mr. Blazy has been involved with new innovations in economic development within the State of Ohio. His experience includes working alongside top business and political leaders across the state.

Mr. Blazy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hiram College with a dual major in Accounting Finance and Psychology
