Vincent Stipo joined MSC in late spring 2015 as a hospitality consultant. He is one of the regions leaders in the roll out of food and beverage concepts. Vincent began his work in the restaurant industry washing dishes at 15 years old. Over the next six years, Mr. Stipo learned all aspects of the business while working at his uncles restaurant. During his studies at Boston University, Vincent served as a teachers assistant for culinary classes while spending weekends butchering ducks and breaking down lobsters at a French bistro in Boston. Vincent has become a valued player for top-level conceptualization and execution of nationally-acclaimed restaurants in both Boston and Philadelphia.
