Since 2006, Steuernol has been providing investment advisory services, transaction execution, and real-time market trends to private investors, institutions, developers, and syndicators engaged in selling, buying, financing, and developing multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial real estate.

While at NAI Capital, Tim has consistently been one of the company's top performing brokers and has closed over $300 Million in Sales, earning Capital Club awards in 2014, 2015, 2016, & 2020.

Prior to joining NAI Capital, he worked as a Senior Advisor at Sperry Van Ness. While at SVN he was consistently recognized with the Achiever Award for ranking among the top percentile of brokers nationwide.

Steuernol has a background in advertising and public relations having worked as an account manager with RiesterRobb Advertising for several years. He commenced his career in real estate with the Carlier Company where he conducted property and land development analysis for a residential development firm.
