ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Susan McCall

As a Commercial Real Estate generalist she has mastered traditional arenas such as Retail, Industrial, Multi-family, Office and Commercial Land as well as specialty properties like Religious Institutions and even an Arizona Winery. The most prestigious designation in Commercial Real Estate is CCIM, which Susan earned in 2011. She started at REMAX Alliance group as a residential agent in 2003 and earned the distinction of being Rookie of the Year, soon discovering her true passion was in commercial real estate. To best serve her clients, Susan completed all the designations offered by the Commercial Real Estate Institute and started working exclusively in the Commercial arena. In 2007, she joined NAI Horizon as a focused health care specialist. After 2 years at NAI Horizon in the same discipline, Susan moved to US Preferred Realty to become the Commercial Division Director. Susan was able to broaden her focus across various disciplines during this time. Susan also formed her commercial team Commercial Property Connect during this period. After 4 years she and her team returned to REMAX Commercial within REMAX Alliance Group and Susan was named their Commercial Director. Susan became the #1 Commercial Broker in the REMAX Southwest Region 2 years in a row.

In 2017 Susan decided it was time to open her own firm COMMERCIAL PROPERTY CONNECT, LLC; and her team accompanied her. Hands down the one thing that Susan does different, and is the secret to her success is her proprietary process known as an Intentional Search. This is an algorithm that allows Susan to identify the details needed to do a better job finding the perfect solution for her client.
