Steve Combs joined KLNB in November of 2006 as a retail real estate specialist focusing on both landlord and tenant representation in the Washington, DC metropolitan market.

He was previously a Managing Director with Newmark Knight Frank. Steve provides his clients with real estate related professional and technical support, and serves them through every phase of a lease or sale transaction; including, facility acquisition, financial analysis, market research and lease negotiation.

Steve previously owned and operated a Pet Supply and Aquarium Installation and Maintenance business in Boston, Massachusetts. The experience gained from his years as a successful retail business operator contributes to Steve's unique understanding of his clients needs.
