Spence Daw began his commercial real estate career in February of 2012, focusing on leasing and sales in the BaltimoreWashington corridor. Spence represents institutional owners and private owners in Howard, Anne Arundel, Montgomery, and Prince Georges County. In addition to representing owners, Spence specializes in property identification and contract negotiation for tenants and buyers in the BaltimoreWashington Corridor. Prior to joining KLNB in June of 2013, Spence gained extensive transactional experience as a leasingsales agent for Manekin, LLC, where he represented clients in Baltimore, DC, and the surrounding counties.
