With 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, Ryan primarily specializes in project leasing, land brokerage along with urban retail site acquisition and disposition. Ryan has also handled tenant representation ranging from locally chef driven restaurants to publicly traded companies such as Stellar Bank.

Ryan prides himself in delivering unparalleled customer service to his clients, industry colleagues and prospects alike. Ryan leverages his 10 years of urban retail experience to help clients maximize their assets through creating value where it was previously unknown.

As a native Houstonian, Ryan brings an extensive knowledge of the urban market to the team. Prior to joining Palo Duro, Ryan was with Davis Commercial Real Estate, where he was consistently the top producer for years on end. During this time, Ryan gained a deep understanding of the Inner Loop marketplace with a focus in leasing new retail developments and neighborhood strip centers in the Heights, Montrose, Midtown, Upper Kirby and Rice Village trade areas. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, a member of CREN, active member of his church and volunteer with Magnificat House, as well as the Special Olympics.
