ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Robert Banzhaf

Rob is the founder and Managing Principal of Newcor Commercial Real Estate. Prior to starting Newcor Commercial, Rob spent several years with NAI Houston and Newmark Knight Frank, which are two of the largest International real estate firms in the world. While gaining an extensive range of experience and consistently being a top producer at these firms was rewarding, the desire to create his own brand that focuses on true client service and relationships led him to this current path.

Mr. Banzhaf's wide range of experience includes Office Tenant Representation, Site Acquisition, Building Sales, Bank Owned REO AcquisitionDisposition, Land PurchaseSales, and Landlord Representation. This vast experience translates to an innate understanding of the real estate process and a complete command of the transaction from start to finish. This insight enables Rob to identify and recognize the thought processes and motives behind decisions which drive the Tenant, Landlord, Buyer, andor Seller.

Rob is a resident of The Woodlands and spends much of his free-time with his wife, Angela, sons, Parker and Austin, and his daughter Lucille. He is a member of The Woodlands United Methodist. When time permits, Rob enjoys golfing, fishing, running, and competing in triathlons.
