ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Richard Lewis Jr.

Richard Lewis Jr. joined SVN in the summer of 2018 and quickly cemented himself as an expert in the Scottsdale and North Phoenix office submarkets. As a member of the Office Specialty Team, a group that has completed over 100 projects, including office, mixed-use development, and industrial assets, and have transacted over $100,000,000 in commercial properties and north of 1,000,000 SF in the last three years, he is dedicated to the growth of the office market here in Phoenix. Additionally, as a recent nominee to the ULI Young Leaders Partnership Forum, Richard has continued his commercial real estate education and professional certifications and will be pursuing his CCIM designation in the near future

A Phoenician since 1999 Richard previously held positions for Triyar Entertainment, a division of Stockdale Capital Partners, the driving force behind the development of the Entertainment District and owners of the W Scottsdale, as their Director of Technical Operations, and oversaw the construction and development of numerous entertainment destinations in Scottsdale, AZ as well as the redevelopment and adaptive reuse of multiple other venues. Additionally, Richard worked for CA Ventures Chicago, IL as the Director of Leasing and Marketing for ground up, T1, highrise student housing development, and Campus Apartments Philadelphia, PA as their Leasing and Marketing Manager for their largest property. Both of them at the University of Arizona, in Tucson, Arizona.
