ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Rich Stone

Rich joined Latter and Blum in December 1982, and for 38 years has been an integral part of the company's commercial brokerage operations. For 22 years, Rich served as Vice President and Director of Latter and Blum's Commercial Sales and Leasing Division, where he oversaw the largest commercial brokerage company in the Gulf South. Under Rich's direction, Latter and Blum's commercial associates completed over 750 sales and leasing transactions annually.

In November 2008, Rich stepped down from his leadership role to pursue full-time what he enjoys most - being fully involved in commercial and investment transactions. He brings over 40 years of real estate experience and unparalleled perspective to each of his clients. Rich is active in the industry and community. In November , 2008, his efforts were recognized by the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors Commercial Investment Division when he was awarded that organizations Service to the Industry Award. Rich works from the company's headquarters building in New Orleans.
