An economics graduate of Ohio State University, Ric has been in Real Estate in Central Ohio for over 20 years. His first foray into the world of residential real estate was with MI Homes as a new build sales professional. He received countless accolades, repeatedly earning the top company wide sales awards for 7 years. Yearning to stretch his wings, Ric left MI Homes to try his hand at residential real estate sales and joined HER Realtors in 2005. Seeing into the future of Real Estate and Internet Marketing, Ric designed and created his own internet lead management system using expert online strategies and subsequently averaged more than 100 closings a year
