Rhonda was originally hired on at CREG in 2007 for a temporary position, but after being immersed in the world of commercial real estate, she soon realized that she wanted her position to be anything but temporary. After a few years of working in all aspects of the company, Rhonda became a broker in 2010 and became a Partner in 2016.

Rhonda has an in-depth knowledge of the Colorado marketplace, and the needs of tenants and landlords alike. Her years of experience have given her a strong fundamental understanding of the market and what tenants are looking for, as well as how to approach the leasing of shopping centers, and ultimately how to get deals done.

Rhondas career has been focused on being an integral of her clients business in both landlord representation and representing local and national retailers in finding new opportunities, as well as the disposition of their retail space.

Rhondas career has evolved over time, and she has become well versed in land acquisitions and sales, new development, public private partnerships, and prides herself on understanding deals soup to nuts.
