Rene Rosenheck joined JGRE and works with Partner Ted Schwartz. Rene is experienced in working with U.S. and foreign based companies to facilitate their growth objectives through office leasing and the purchase and sale of office buildings.
Prior to joining JGRE, Rene consulted with companies to relocate or expand their office andor industrial operations, while identifying the optimal location in the U.S. for their business and negotiating their incentive packages. Rene spent more than 12 years working for the State of Georgias economic development team, where she focused on recruiting companies to Georgia, advising on site location, coordinating incentive packages and helping companies increase their international sales. While working for the State of Georgia, Rene had the opportunity to manage a range of international business missions and marketing promotions, Governors business missions, and market penetration promotions for the USDA in Asia and South America. Rene has also spent a year living in Australia, where she worked at the Carlton United Brewery (Fosters) and the Olympic Games in Sydney.
Renee speaks fluent French. Rene is an executive board member of Conexx, fostering business opportunities between U.S. and Israeli companies. Rene loves exploring Atlantas secret treasures, local neighborhoods, cruising the Beltline, yoga, being outdoors and traveling to discover new places.
