ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Patrick Benjamin

Patrick is the Vice President of Sales at City to City Commercial, a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage in the Metro-Phoenix area. Since getting started in the business in April 2018 he has been involved in over $32,000,000 in transactions and currently has more than $16,000,000 Million dollars worth of transactions in Escrow. His focus is on vacant land and investment sales, ensuring his clients get top dollar for their property. He and his brother Shane work collectively on all deals, but Patrick works primarily with property owners on the sale side to ensure all of his clients are getting his time and attention and Shane is constantly in front of, and working with the top multi-family developers in Metro Phoenix.

Patrick got started in the industry working with his father who has a long history brokering land deals throughout the valley to local and national investors, developers, and home builders. City to City was founded by Patrick's father Chris in 1996, then operating as "The Benjamin Group". 20 years of brokerage, entitlement, financial, legal, and political knowledge have helped establish City to City Commercial as one of the top brokerages in Phoenix. Since July 2019 Patrick and Shane have been working together and are able to offer their clients the time, energy, and dedication of two top-tier brokers for an unrivaled level of commitment and success.

Patrick is currently enrolled at Scottsdale Community College finishing his Associate's degree in Business, with plans to attend Arizona State University Forks Up. He was born and raised in Arizona and spent a brief 2-years in Michigan Go Blue completing missionary services in and around Detroit. He currently lives in Central Mesa with his wife who is enrolled in Nursing school at Arizona State University.
