Noah Swain joined NAI Puget Sound Properties in 2017 after graduating from Western Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, with an emphasis in the Ancient Near East. Teaming up with his father Bob Swain, they form The Swain Group, a sales, acquisition, and leasing team that specializes in providing investment and location advice to owners and users of industrial and office properties in the City of Seattle, the Eastside suburbs, and other areas of north King County and south Snohomish County.

Noah has been instrumental in numerous industrial and office leasing assignments, in addition to land and building sales. He has completed a variety of industrial and office leasing assignments and sale transactions ranging from 2,000 to 100,000 SF.
