Nick Owens is a Vice President at Centric Commercial. He specializes in tenant / buyer representation as well as acquisitions / dispositions for commercial real estate assets in the Austin MSA. For 5 years, Nick has represented commercial real estate owners and local, regional and national businesses occupying office and flex/industrial buildings. Nick's market knowledge and core value of integrity propels his ability to establish trust when navigating complex transactions on behalf of his clients. Prior to Centric Commercial, Nick worked at Lead Commercial as an agent focusing on local tenant/buyer requirements and sale and leasing assignments for free-standing urban-core commercial buildings in Austin. Nick is actively involved in the Austin community, currently serving as an Executive Committee member of the Young Men's Business League (YMBL) board and a board member of Austin Sunshine Camps (ASC). He is further intertwined in the real estate community as a member of Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) and Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR). Nick is a graduate of Louisiana State University where he earned a bachelors degree in Business with a minor in Energy through the E.J. Ourso College of Business.
