As a member of the office team, Mike will bring 15 years of experience in representing corporate Clients in the technology, pharmaceutical, medical, and general office sectors.

Mike specializes in Tenant and Buyer representation through the leasing and purchase of properties and has brokered transactions totaling more than 10 million square feet and $675 million over the course of his career.

In addition to being a principal owner of Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke, Mike served as an in-house Cushman & Wakefield Corporate Consultant for GE Healthcare for two years. In his role at GE, Mike was a Transaction Manager reporting directly to the GE Healthcare Real Estate Portfolio Manager. He created detailed financial business cases for buy vs. lease, remain or relocate, and consolidation scenarios for GE locations across the globe. In addition, he managed a lease audit process and real estate tax appeals for numerous GE locations throughout the U.S.

Mike is the team leader in the exclusive representation of a large corporate health care provider with over 16 million SF of real estate within the states of WI, IL, and MI.
