Prior to becoming CEO, Matt was promoted to Director of Broker Development, where he was instrumental in expanding the brokerage team by 25 to become a major player in the industry.

Possessing years of experience, strong community ties, and a diverse network of relationships with national scope, he has a proven track record with owner representation, tenant representation, sales, and leasing. His skills encompass negotiating transactions for clients in office, flex, and new construction projects.
