ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Mark Hayes

Mark Hayes joined Bandera Ventures in January 2021. The Partners have over 140 years' experience in commercial real estate development in excess of 62 million square feet of development and acquisitions throughout the United States and Canada. Bandera's real estate development expertise includes office, industrial, retail, medical, data centers, and build-to-suit projects.

Before joining Bandera Ventures, Mark lead HPI Real Estate and Investments Industrial Division in Dallas. Prior to HPI Mark was with Stream Realty Partners within the Dallas office divisions project leasing team.

Mark also completed the Fidelity Investments two-year General Management Apprenticeship Program where he completed four 6-month assignments, covering different business groups and job functions in Boston MA, Providence RI, and Westlake TX.

Mark obtained his BA from Michigan State University. He earned his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin where he concentrated in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship.

Prior to business school Mark served for over six years in the US Navy as a member of SEAL Team Seven where he deployed to Iraq twice, Thailand, and the Philippines.
