Marcus Cook serves as a vice president for SVN, specializing in the sale and leasing of retail properties with a special focus on the Hospitality Sector in the Chicagoland Market. With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Marcus has secured numerous transactions in the hospitality industry for many recognized brand names in the market today.

Prior to joining SVN, Marcus served as a vice president for Baum Realty Group in Chicago. Previously, Marcus served as Managing Director for CONLON Commercial.

Marcus is a proud father of one son, and he shares a rambunctious puppy with his soon to be wife Kristy while enjoying living in his favorite city, Chicago.
