Lisa has more than 20 years of combined experience in real estate brokerage, financial management & operations. At SVN | Ahia, Lisa helps clients buy, sell, lease and invest in commercial real estate. She is adept at planning, procuring, controlling and administering all aspects of the full-service real estate brokerage business including, acquisition, disposition, leasing and consulting. Lisa takes great pride in providing exemplary service to accomplish her clients goals which has resulted in millions of dollars in profits andor savings.

Prior to becoming a Real Estate practitioner, Lisa worked with thought leaders at the Wharton Real Estate Department and the Sam ZellRobert Lurie Real Estate Center, delivering excellence in education and research for the real estate community. She was responsible for overseeing multi-million dollar program budgets and activities related to real estate education, research and consulting for commercial real estate industry executives. Under her administration, the real estate program was ranked 1 in the world & produced some of the most sophisticated professionals and highly innovative research in the industry.

Outside of the office, Lisa is passionately involved in community service and various professional organizations. Currently, she is on the board of directors for the Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) association. She is also an active participant in the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors (GPAR), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) & Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

In her community, Lisa is a Volunteer Leader for Girl Scouts of Eastern PA (GSEP) and a member of her local Civic Association. In previous years, she held leadership positions in the PTO, Toastmasters International, Urban League Young Professionals, University City Community Service Initiatives, Garden Court Community Association and various Professional MentorMentee Programs.

Lisa currently resides in Elkins Park with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family & friends, taking long walks with her Portuguese Water Dog (Mocha), reading, traveling and volunteering in her community.
