ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Leslie Wulach

Leslie Wulach is a Sales Associate with Sitar Company, a full service commercial real estate firm based in New Jersey. Les joined the company in 2014. In his role as Sales Associate, Mr. Wulach specializes in business development, industrial, office and retail transactions, representing both landlords and tenants, as well as business brokerage.

Mr. Wulach is a licensed New Jersey salesperson. Prior to working in the real estate field, Les worked as an estimator and project manager for mechanical contractors in the Metropolitan area on projects ranging from multi-floor, multi-tenant buildouts to new construction.
