Kim has been an active commercial real estate broker in the Puget Sound region for over 35 years, and her wide range of experience and skills enable her to effectively complete complex commercial real estate transactions. She specializes in office, medical and mixed-use investment sales, including overseeing leasing assignments for her clients. Kim has experience in commercial asset management, property valuations BOV, client advisory services, landlord & tenant lease representation including facilitating tenant improvements from design to construction completion and owner | user and investment sales. This experience encompasses a variety of property types including office, medical, retail, mixed-use, industrial | flex, land and build-to-suit development. Kim has developed extensive networking resources throughout the region with industry professionals that specialize in serving clients who place their own money in real estate investments. She has represented numerous clients in both private and public sectors in transactions within the greater Puget Sound region.
