Kim has more than 37 years of commercial real estate expertise in asset management, tenant and landlord representation as well as owneruser and investment sales.

Throughout her career, Kim has advised institutional clients, REITs, and developers in the areas of asset management, landlord and tenant representation, and the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets. Prior to transitioning into a brokerage role, Kim spent 13 years as a Principal and Vice President with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, increasing the Indianapolis management portfolio from 5 MSF to 31 MSF during her tenure.

During the past 10 years, Kim has represented a number of well-known clients including Bentall Kennedy, Panatoni, Hill-Rom Company, Crown Castle, Mutual of Omaha, and Progressive Insurance. In addition to providing real estate solutions for both landlords and tenants, Kim and her team have completed more than $2B in sale transactions.
