Joseph Batres is a specialist in the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial real estate investment properties throughout the country, and specifically focused on the Mid-Atlantic region.

Joseph possesses a solid background of over 15 years in real estate and business development. His areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions of small businesses, Delaware corporate governance, business development, incorporation, and providing an executive advisory role on entity management solutions.

Joseph has over 400 hours of real estate studies in accredited college settings at Delaware Technical, Delaware Real Estate Institute, and the California School of Real Estate. At Goldey Beacom College, Joseph was a finance major. Before joining NAI Geis, he worked with Marcus and Millichap in Investment Sales and also has worked as a Business Broker and a Corporate Consultant. He is licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania. In his free time, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
