ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Jon Lindenberger

Jon specializes in the industrial and land sectors of the Houston MSA commercial real estate market. He has 10 years of commercial real estate experience and has completed more than 300 transactions. These transactions include tenant and buyer representation, dispositions, designconstruct, and build-to-suit evaluations. In addition to brokerage Jon has extensive knowledge of investment real estate and has advised clients with the acquisition and development of several land tracks and income producing assets. His track record of brokerage and advisement services enables Jon to provide unparalleled value to his clients.

Prior to joining Colliers, Jon worked at a large local real estate firm and co-founded a boutique real estate firm. In 2015, he joined Colliers to advise his clients not only in the Houston local market, but also on a global basis if desired.

Jon is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a double major (Finance and Banking Institutions) while lettering three years with the baseball team. He was drafted by the New York Yankees in 2004.
