Post receiving a BA in Business Psychology at Southern Methodist University, John joined Henry S. Miller Commercials corporate office in Dallas acquiring off-market tracts of land for private investment groups focused on Dallas Fort Worths northern growth pattern. As liquidity left the markets in 2008, John re-focused his efforts towards building a portfolio of off-market, income producing, assets in infill Austin with a local high net worth investment group through McAllister & Associates Real Estate Services. Ken, Bill, and John formed St. Croix Capitals Advisory Services Group in December of 2013 to combine skill sets and grow St. Croix Capitals Institutional Portfolio.
