Joe is an experienced commercial real estate broker and International restauranteur. Joe's primary focus is partnering with his clients who are multi-unit restaurant Franchisors and franchisees to provide them world-class real estate advice and solutions. Joe enjoys working with independent restaurant start-ups as well, where he has the opportunity to share his experience and knowledge for the betterment of his clients. Joe is the co-founder of Krush Burger, originally a food truck business and now an International QSR Burger Brand, with locations in California and the Middle East. In 2014, Krush Burger was honored with the small business of the year award by the California chapter of the Small Business Association. Prior to founding Krush Burger, Joe worked in the kitchens of Daniel Boulud in New York City, Thomas Keller in Napa Valley, and Bradley Ogden in Roseville, Ca. Joe holds a B.S. in Marketing from the California State University, Chico as well as a Culinary Arts Degree from The French Culinary Institute in New York City. Joe served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve from 1993 to 2001. Joe is a member of the board of directors for A Touch of Understanding, a regional disability awareness non-profit and is also a member of the Sacramento Chapter of Rotary. Joe resides in El Dorado Hills, Ca with his wife Erin and son Andrew. They enjoy watching baseball games and visiting our National Parks.
