Jim Autenreith is Executive Vice President and managing director of the Industrial and Investment Services Group at Moody Rambin. Jim handles many types of transactions including landlord representation, tenant and buyer representation, property disposition, build-to-suit evaluations, sale lease back and investment sales. He has over fourteen years of experience as a broker and owner in commercial real estate. Jim thoroughly understands the ins and outs of the lease and sales process providing his clients with not only market data, but also personal insight as property owner with a passion in real estate.

Prior to joining Moody Rambin, Jim worked at NAI Houston specializing in Industrial and Investment brokerage. Before NAI, Jim worked for The Scotts Company where he was consistently a Top Ten Producer. Furthermore, Jim was the recipient of the prestigious CEO Star Leadership and Comeback Territory awards.
